- The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked and confirmed or if a confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints. If requested, the guest will receive a written reservation confirmation if this is still possible due to time constraints. The guest is asked to compare the important agreements, in particular the price.
. - The conclusion of the guest admission contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
. - In the event of unforeseen non-availability of the room, the hotel shall be obliged to offer and provide the guest with an equivalent room in an equivalent house or, if this is not possible, to pay compensation in general. In case of force majeure there is no obligation for compensation.
. - The guest is obliged to pay the price agreed upon when placing the order. The price list of the hotel valid at the time shall apply in principle. In the event of non-use of the contractual service, the Guest undertakes to pay at least 80% of the agreed price, whereby the Hotel shall at the same time be held in good faith to let rooms not used elsewhere, if possible, in order to avoid any losses.
